به گزارش  هنرمند نیوز : طبق روال معمول، پس از دریافت پذیرش دانشگاه، دانشجویان باید در سامانه Universitaly اطلاعات خود را تکمیل کنند و پس از دریافت تأییدیه، وارد مرحله درخواست ویزا شوند. بازه زمانی درخواست ویزای تحصیلی معمولاً از اوایل خرداد تا ۱۰ آذر است و واسطه اصلی برای گرفتن وقت سفارت، شرکت پیمانکاری ویزامتریک است که با سفارت ایتالیا همکاری می‌کند.

اما طبق گزارش‌ها، امسال مهلت ثبت درخواست ویزا فقط به مدت هفت روز باز بود و چک‌لیست موردنیاز سفارت نیز تنها سه روز پیش از پایان این مهلت منتشر شد. سپس سایت ویزامتریک بدون اطلاع قبلی به دلیل پر شدن وقت‌ها بسته شد. این موضوع برای بسیاری از دانشجویان نگرانی‌هایی ایجاد کرده و باعث تجمع اعتراضی در مقابل کنسولگری ایتالیا در تهران در تاریخ هشتم خرداد شد؛ اعتراضی که با وعده‌هایی مبنی بر تمدید یا باز شدن وقت‌ها، بی‌نتیجه ماند.

دانشجویان می‌گویند این مشکل برای چند سال متوالی تکرار شده و هر بار نیز با وعده‌هایی مواجه شده‌اند که عملاً راهگشا نبوده‌اند. نکته قابل تأمل این است که در حالی که وقت‌های مصاحبه بسته شده‌اند، سامانه‌ها و دانشگاه‌های ایتالیایی همچنان به پذیرش دانشجویان ادامه می‌دهند و همین مسأله بر ابهامات افزوده است.
